I like how this product stays on brand. It’s “GitHub for Mac”. And I like how the download button pairs with a screenshot of what you’re going to get. Great copy too!
I wish Wikipedia folks would have read this article before designing their banner campaign.

What? Too esoteric?
I did not recognize this new homepage as Twitter. I think it’s the orange color and the way the central image pulls my eyes away from both the logo and the sign up form.
